Before using oil, tools should be thoroughly cleaned of clay, wiped with a damp cloth or washed thoroughly and dried thoroughly. Then, apply a small amount of oil to the wood with a cloth and spread it. Leave for several minutes, then remove excess oil with a paper towel and wipe dry. Finally, the tool can be polished with a polishing cloth or leather.
