We send orders via courier to the indicated address or to an InPost parcel locker.

Payment methods

After placing an order, you can use fast online payments, PayPal, GPay, Blik, and others. You can also pay by credit card or PayU.

What happens after placing an order?

Every product is carefully packed before it reaches your hands. We hand over the ready-to-ship package to a shipping company, which delivers it to the specified address.

From the moment of order to package completion, it usually takes no more than 24 hours. Orders placed by 4:00 PM are shipped on the same day. However, for orders placed outside our working hours, the order fulfillment time may be extended. Thank you in advance for your patience!

During peak times, especially before holidays, the waiting time for a package may extend to several days.

What about shipments weighing over 30 kg?

The standard delivery service does not include carrying in or unpacking the shipment. The maximum weight of 1 order cannot exceed 30 kg (weight including packaging). Orders consisting of products, none of which are heavier than 30 kg, are shipped in one package (shipment). If you are interested in purchasing a larger quantity of goods, please place several separate orders.

Some delivery or payment methods may be unavailable for selected products or countries, due to restrictions imposed by carriers.

Important! If you receive a message that we do not deliver to your country (Europe), please ensure that the weight of a single order – 30 kg – has not been exceeded.

Goods available in the manufacturer's warehouse

For goods ordered on demand, the waiting time ranges from a few days to even several weeks, depending on the order item. Please confirm delivery time information.

What if an item is out of stock?

Information on product availability is visible after adding the product to the cart, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

However, sometimes there are stock shortages or the product you ordered was purchased in our physical store before we managed to update the information to the online store.

In such situations, we will not be able to complete the package. Before placing an order, on the order form page, you can choose whether you want to receive the shipment as soon as possible or wait for the entire order to be completed.

In the first case, we will send all ordered and currently available products, and refund the overpaid amount. In the second case, we will inform you by email about the missing items and await your decision.

What determines shipping costs?

Shipping costs include packaging and the fee for transporting the package, which depend on the delivery method, weight, package dimensions, and type of ordered goods. The shipping fee is calculated separately for each cart. You can review it in the order summary before approving it.

The package weight calculated for determining shipping costs may differ from the actual net weight of the goods, as the calculation mechanism takes into account, among other things, the need for additional package protection for goods that are easily damaged during transport. This applies especially to plaster molds, kiln shelves, etc. We pack shipments with the utmost care to ensure that the goods you ordered arrive undamaged.

The delivery time for a package by courier is usually 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. The delivery time for a non-standard EU package in some regions may extend to 7 days.
