Delivery methods
Orders are shipped via courier to the address you provide or to an InPost parcel locker. Larger deliveries are packed on a pallet, and the courier will deliver them to your studio door.
Payment methods
After placing your order, you can use fast online payments, including Blik. If you'd like to pay by card, choose PayU.
Other ways to pay are:
prepayment by bank transfer - after selecting this payment method, you will receive a pro forma invoice from us with a list of ordered products and the account number.
If you'd like to pay upon delivery, select Cash on Delivery. This payment method is limited to smaller orders.
For institutions, we issue invoices with deferred payment - this form of payment is available after individual arrangements.
What happens after placing an order?
We carefully package each product before it reaches your hands. Once ready for shipment, we hand it over to the shipping company, which delivers it to the specified address.
From the time of ordering to the completion of your package, it usually takes no more than 24 hours. Orders placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day. However, orders placed outside of our business hours may take longer to process. Thank you in advance for your patience!
During peak periods, especially before Christmas, the waiting time for your parcel may be extended to several days.
The maximum weight of a parcel delivered to an Inpost parcel locker is 25 kg.
What about shipments weighing over 31 kg?
Products with a unit weight exceeding 31 kg delivered on a pallet to the door of a house or multi-family building.
Standard delivery does not include carrying or unpacking the package. Orders containing items weighing less than 30 kg are divided into multiple packages, ensuring that no single package weighs more than 30 kg. This allows us to offer lower shipping prices!
Some delivery or payment methods may not be available for selected products due to carrier restrictions.
Goods available in the manufacturer's warehouse
For custom-made items, the waiting time can range from a few days to several weeks, depending on the item ordered. Please confirm your delivery date.
What if the goods run out?
Information about the product's availability date is visible after adding the product to the cart by clicking the Cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
However, sometimes there may be out-of-stock items or the product you ordered was purchased in our physical store before we had time to send the updated information to the online store.
In such situations, we will not be able to complete the package. Before placing your order, on the Order Form page, you can choose whether you want to receive your shipment as soon as possible or wait until the entire order is completed.
In the first case, we will ship all ordered and currently available products and refund any overpaid amount. In the second case, we will notify you by email about the missing items and await your decision.
What do shipping costs depend on?
Shipping costs include packaging and handling fees, which depend on the delivery method, weight, package dimensions, and type of goods ordered. Shipping costs are calculated separately for each basket. You can review them in the order summary before confirming your order.
The package weight calculated for shipping costs may differ from the actual net weight of the goods, as the calculation mechanism takes into account, among other things, the need for additional protection for items that are susceptible to damage during transport. This applies particularly to plaster molds, kiln shelves, liquid casting slips, etc. We pack your shipments with the utmost care to ensure your ordered goods arrive intact.
Courier delivery time is typically 1 to 3 business days from the shipment date. Delivery times for non-standard packages or EU pallets may take up to 5 days in some regions.
