Rohde TE 95 S stove

The TE-S series top-loading kilns are high-quality kilns for everyday use in professional ceramic workshops. The flexible expansion options of some models have already been utilized by many ceramic workshops to economically expand their production capacity. In addition to the extensive equipment and high-quality workmanship of the TE-S series top-loading kilns, we would like to highlight the following features:
- Expandability. The four TE-S series furnace models can be easily expanded by 50 percent at any time by installing an additional "ZWR" heated intermediate ring.
- TE 80 S model up to 100 liters capacity
- TE 95 S model up to 145 liters capacity
- TE 130 S model up to 200 liters capacity
- TE 165 S model up to 250 liters capacity
Simply install an additional coil, connect the plug, and you're ready to continue working with a 50 percent larger chamber. A stove that grows to your needs!
- Two-level frame. Our custom-designed frame allows the stove to be safely transported at an optimal working height. This allows for back-friendly loading and unloading.
- Divisibility. All models can be easily disassembled before transport to the site of use. Each part of the stove in this series can be easily passed through a doorway that is only 55 cm wide.
- Electronic solid-state relays. The power of TE-S series furnaces is regulated using electronic solid-state relays. These operate silently and are virtually wear-free, as they have no mechanical contacts to engage the power. The required cooling of these high-performance components is provided by a heat sink mounted outside the control cabinet. This prevents the electrical controller from heating up, extending its lifespan and ensuring trouble-free operation.
- Underfloor heating ensures optimal heat distribution, especially in the lower and medium temperature ranges. Standard equipment (except TE 80 S, TE 84 S and TE 100 S)
